We’re on a mission to simplify construction projects for the average homeowner to the experienced property developer. Our goal is to make it easy to place a prefab ADU in any backyard in the country or build custom, yet affordable modular buildings.

Our mission

Our mission at Bay Modular is to make the process of homebuilding and property development simpler and more affordable. By introducing increased manufacturing and modular designs to our process, we can create custom prefab models that are built faster and more efficiently.

Our background

We began with residential real estate and eventually moved exclusively into commercial real estate and property development during our 20 years in the Bay Area.

Our team includes members in design, construction, management, and technology with significant consumer and enterprise technology background.

The combination of our skillsets has allowed us to create beautiful, modern living spaces with a systematic process that enhances the customer experience by improving timeline and budget reliability through increased off-site manufacturing.

Our technical expertise allows us to create software and technologies that meet and improve our construction processes, but also plan for advances in our in-house custom design process by automating more of what we do.
