How big is the Large Studio ADU?
It has 320 sq ft of interior space — an open studio with a full kitchen, laundry and a full bathroom — plus a 64 sq ft deck.
What's the difference from the Small Studio?
Space and the deck. The Small Studio is 256 sq ft with no deck; the Large Studio ADU is 320 sq ft and comes with a 64 sq ft deck. Both have a kitchen, laundry and a full bathroom.
How much does it cost?
The Large Studio ADU is $154,900 all in. That includes the foundation, permits, delivery, the crane, utility hook-ups and final inspection. Launch pricing (30% off our published home prices) runs through December 31, 2026.
How long does it take?
Four to six months from signing to keys. Your permit is under review while we're already building the home in our factory.
Can I rent it out?
Yes. Estimated rent for a unit this size is about $2,000 – $2,800 a month, based on HUD Fair Market Rents for major California metros. Actual rent depends on location and finishes.
Can I change the finishes?
