Everything on this page: Sherwin-Williams exterior and interior paint, Title 24 vinyl windows in white or black, Thermory cladding and decking, luxury vinyl plank or engineered hardwood flooring, stainless or matte black fixtures, quartz or marble countertops and a Frigidaire ENERGY STAR appliance package.
Do any finishes cost extra?
No. Every finish on this page is included in the all-in price — black or white windows, all four cladding and three decking woods, vinyl or engineered hardwood floors, stainless or matte black fixtures and every countertop. Your choices are confirmed in your written quote.
Can I choose different paint colors for walls and trim?
Yes. Interior paint comes in Eggshell, Satin or Semi-Gloss, and you can pick separate colors for walls and trim from the palette above.
Is the flooring water-resistant?
Yes. The luxury vinyl plank flooring included in the base price is durable and water-resistant, which makes it a good fit for kitchens and bathrooms.
Which appliances come with the ADU?
An Energy Star-rated Frigidaire package: dishwasher, stove, microwave and fridge, all included in the base price.
Can I see the finishes in person?
Yes. Our factory is in Lathrop, and you're welcome to visit, walk through a finished home and see the materials up close.
